Norman Seckold has over 30 years’ experience in the management of natural resource companies. He has served as Chairman and Director of numerous listed mining companies across multiple commodities and jurisdictions. Mr Seckold is currently Chairman of Alpha HPA Limited, Fulcrum Lithium Ltd, Minerals Exploration Limited, Nickel Industries Limited and Sky Metals Limited and brings extensive governance, strategic oversight, and capital markets experience to Aluminium Industries.
Executive Vice Chairman
Justin Werner has more than 25 years of global mining experience, including over 15 years operating in Indonesia. He is the Managing Director of Nickel Industries Limited, the world’s largest listed pure-play nickel producer with a market capitalisation exceeding A$3 billion. Mr Werner has played a central role in developing major Indonesian mining operations and brings deep industrial relationships and execution experience to Aluminium Industries.

Chris Shepherd is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance. He has advised on over US$30 billion of transactions globally and previously served as a Partner and Managing Director at The Pallinghurst Group in London.

Adi Wijoyo has been a director of PT Hengjaya Mineralindo for over 15 years, a world-class Indonesian nickel mining operation partnered with Nickel Industries Limited. He brings deep operational and regulatory experience within Indonesia.
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Nye is a senior mining executive with more than 35 years of experience in the Indonesian mining industry, encompassing mine consultancy, operational leadership and senior commercial roles across a range of commodities and project stages.
Stephen has held leadership positions with major international mining contractors, most recently as Head of Business Development for PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia. Through these roles, he has developed deep, practical expertise in Indonesian mining regulations, contracting frameworks and supply chain logistics, supported by long-standing relationships with operators, regulators and local stakeholders.
As Chief Executive Officer of Aluminium Industries Limited, Stephen is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and leading the disciplined development of its asset portfolio. He is recognised for a rigorous and analytical leadership style, with a strong focus on quality, schedule control and fiscal responsibility. His experience spans contract negotiation, project structuring and the coordination of complex, multi-site operations.
Stephen’s depth of local knowledge and execution-focused leadership provide a strong foundation for responsible growth and long-term value creation in Indonesia.
Chief Operating Officer
Hilton Goldfinch is a senior mining executive with more than 30 years of international experience across exploration, mine development and operations in Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. His career spans both owner and contractor environments, with a strong focus on building fit-for-purpose operating structures, disciplined project execution and safe, sustainable outcomes.
As Chief Operating Officer of Aluminium Industries, Hilton is responsible for establishing the company’s operational foundations, supporting project evaluation and progression and ensuring alignment between strategy, governance, capital discipline and execution. He brings a practical, methodical approach to developing teams, systems and processes suited to growth in emerging jurisdictions.
Hilton holds formal qualifications in mining engineering, has completed a Master of Business Administration and is a member of several professional and industry bodies, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors and leading mining and engineering associations.
Company Secretary
Richard Edwards graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a member of CPA Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA. Mr Edwards has worked for over twenty years providing financial reporting and company secretarial services to a range of publicly listed companies in Australia with a focus on the mining sector. He is also Company Secretary of ASX-listed Alpha HPA Limited, European Resources Limited and Nickel Industries Limited.

Vijay Nair is an accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry, with senior roles across gold and nickel projects in South East Asia, Central Asia, Europe, and Papua New Guinea.

Sin Wee Lee is Director of CO2 Capital Pte Ltd, a boutique advisory firm specialising in resources, commodities, and energy infrastructure. He has acted as a key advisor to Nickel Industries Limited and its largest shareholder, Tsingshan.
